Payment Options and Invoicing Terms: 
 
  1.  Clients are required to sign a Work Agreement before work commences; it simply states that we have agreed on an hourly rate and billing cycle, that I am working as an independent contractor (1099), not an employee and ensures my confidentiality.
  2.  Estimates are just that, estimates only, based on the Client's representations, and the Client will be charged, and will be responsible to pay, for the actual time spent on the Client's project.
  3.  Rates are subject to change. Written notice will be provided to existing clients.
  4.  Invoices are submitted via e-mail. All e-mail addresses & phone numbers provided, as a point of contact, must be kept current for our records. Payment is due upon receipt. $30 return check fee applies on all returned checks. Past due accounts are subject to late fees and/or work stoppage.
  5.  Hours are billed in 15 minute increments.
  6.  After the initial consultation all phone conversations are billable time. I prefer e-mails for work requests and questions.
  7.  New clients may be required to submit a 25% down payment via PayPal before work can begin.
  8. Expenses are added to the hourly rate on your invoice. Expenses are items such as purchases made on your behalf, travel time and expenses, special projects requiring outside printing or custom paper stock, long distance charges incurred on your behalf, postal and express shipping costs, etc. There is no markup on these items, I simply pass my cost on to you.
  9.  Clients are not required to meet a monthly minimum of hours.
     I am here when you need me. As long as your account with me stays in good standing, I will work with you during good or bad economic conditions.
  10.  Final proofreading and reviewing of all work supplied is the responsibility of the Client. JRoss Creative Solutions must be notified of any errors within 7 days of receipt of completed work. Amendments or alterations, as requested by the Client, will be charged at the appropriate hourly rate. Errors generated by JRoss Creative Solutions will be rectified free of charge.

 

Payment Options:


 

  • PREFERRED form of Payment is PayPal

 

  • E-mails sent from the PayPal site will include the Invoice to be paid and allows secure payment plus the flexiblity of payment options such as Credit Cards, e-checks, etc...
  • Personal and Business checks will be accepted with pre-approval only. 
  • Invoices for payment after project completion will give you all payment information. Invoices are due upon receipt.
