Affordable Hourly Rates:
Services are generally charged by the hour, at rates ranging from $20-55 (US), depending on the expertise required. As with salaries, the lower end of the range would apply to basic word processing and similar administrative tasks, the higher end for more specialized services such as Web site design or Legal Secretarial assistance. Fees would be higher of course for legal research, public relations work, or corporate consulting.

Examples of charged rates:
Administrative Assistance: Business/Personal Correspondence (includes Collection Letters for delinquent accounts), Word processing, Customer Service phone calls, all similar administrative tasks.
Rates charged would start at $20.00 per hr. plus any expenses incurred by JRoss Creative Solutions on Clients behalf.
*****New Clients are charged a minimum two (2) hour rate for set-up fee******
First Initial Consultation of estimated cost is free and the two (2) hr. minimum applies only when Clients become active and all estimated charges have been accepted and approved. I reserve the right to waive the set-up fee at my discretion.
Legal Assistant Services: Hourly rates begin at $35 per hour plus expenses incurred on behalf of the Client.
Special Ocassion Services: All Custom Digital Photography services begin at $55 per hour.
A deposit of 50% may be required before work commences. Packages available upon request.
Tax Preparation Fees:
· 1040EZ- $45.00 (most 1040EZ returns qualify for free e-filing).
· 1040A - $50.00 & Up depending upon complexity of return.
· 1040 - $75.00 & Up depending upon complexity of return.
All rates listed above are examples and not neccessarily the amount a Client would be charged.
A complete estimate of cost for services will be presented to each Client when accurate details of each project are submitted for consideration
